RoastBattle is a browser-based 1v1 roast battle game. The service is provided free of charge. For any enquiries: support@roastbattle.online
When you register, we collect:
• Email address (for authentication)
• Nickname chosen by you
• Game statistics (ELO rating, matches played, wins)
• Messages sent during matches
We do not collect payment data, sensitive personal data, or third-party data.
Your data is used exclusively to:
• Manage your account and authentication
• Calculate and update your ELO rating
• Display the public leaderboard (nickname and rating only)
• Improve the service
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
• Supabase — database and authentication provider (EU region)
• Anthropic — battle messages are sent for AI evaluation
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure
• Google AdSense — advertising (see cookies section)
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to personalise ads based on your browsing preferences. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or by visiting adssettings.google.com.
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to:
• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to data processing
• Data portability

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
RoastBattle is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
