1. Acceptance of terms

By using RoastBattle you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The service

RoastBattle is a 1v1 roast battle game with an AI judge. The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User accounts

To play you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Providing accurate information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Code of conduct

RoastBattle is a comedy game — the tone is playful, not harmful. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Content that incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation

• Threatening, harassing, or doxxing other users

• Using the service for any illegal purpose

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans

• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform

Battle messages are processed by AI for evaluation. Do not include personal information about yourself or others in your messages.

5. User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the messages you write during matches. You grant RoastBattle a non-exclusive licence to use them for the sole purpose of providing the service (AI evaluation, statistics). We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Advertising

RoastBattle is funded through advertising provided by Google AdSense. By using the service you consent to the display of advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

RoastBattle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime

• Loss of data or rating points

• Content posted by other users

• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, logos, and original content of RoastBattle are the exclusive property of the service. Copying, distributing, or using them without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the courts of the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
